Organization
The Campbell Culture Coalition (C3) is an all volunteer membership based organization that produces, coordinates, and presents public, mission driven projects, programs, activities, and events in Campbell County, Tennessee. The organization is an IRC 501(C)(3) and a chartered not for profit corporation in the State of Tennessee. The Coalition serves as the local arts agency for Campbell County and are proud producers of the Louie Bluie Music and Arts Festival. The C3 is open to everyone.
Mission
The mission of the Campbell Culture Coalition is to enhance the cultural and artistic opportunities of our citizens, to preserve the culturally significant past, and to educate, support, and develop the cultural and artistic talents of our youth.
Get To Know Us
The Campbell Culture Coalition (CCC) was founded in 2006, and launched its first project in the spring of 2007 based on the example of nationally famous black string band musician, William Howard Taft Armstrong (stage name “Louie Bluie”).
On June 6, 2007 – the first Louie Bluie Music & Arts Festival was held at Cove Lake State Park, and is now the largest longest running festival in Campbell County.
Besides the extremely successful Louie Bluie Music and Arts Festival, the Campbell Culture Coalition has developed over 40 FREE community arts-based (ArtReach) programs which are held in local schools, community centers, and gathering places. Ensuring there are no barriers of income or transportation for all those who wish to participate.
