Campbell County, located in the heart of the Norris Highlands, is known as the gateway to Norris Lake, a scenic lake that is part of the Tennessee Valley Authority. Campbell County also is proud to be the home of blues musician Howard “Louie Bluie” Armstrong and opera legend Grace Moore and music director Homer Rodeheaver.
